Why does the participant registration deadline differ from the general conference registration deadline?
The AAS has strict guidelines regarding participants and registration. All participants must register by the April deadline in order to have their name printed in the conference program. The conference program goes into production in June in order to be formatted, printed and shipped in time for July Conference.
